Responsibilities

• Demonstrates commitment to providing the best possible experience for guests.
• Cleans assigned guest rooms in accordance with standards, policies and procedures.
• Maintains housekeeping carts, cart rooms and laundry areas to company standards.
• Stocks carts and cart rooms as directed by management.
• Reports maintenance issues to the front desk or manager on duty.
• Reports any remaining guest property to the front desk or manager on duty.
• Assists with guest requests whenever possible and practical.
• Complies with safety and security policies and procedures.
• Completes required training.
