ESA Management, LLC is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper for Extended Stay America properties in Michigan. The role focuses on cleaning guest rooms per company standards, restocking supplies, and reporting maintenance issues to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for guests.

Formación

• Understand instructions, policies, and guidelines and the ability to engage in effective communication with the manager and staff.
• Understand and follow guidelines, adhere to time objectives, productivity measurements and similar company standards and expectations.
• Apply good judgment at all times.

Responsabilidades

• Cleans assigned guest rooms with adherence to company standards, policies and procedures.
• Maintains housekeeping carts, cart rooms and laundry areas to company standards.
• Stocks carts and cart rooms as needed and directed by management.
• Reports maintenance issues to the front desk and manager on duty.
• Assists guests and provides reasonable accommodations when possible.
• Follows safety and security policies and completes required training.
