Job summary

Extended Stay America in Wisconsin is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain guest room cleanliness and uphold company standards. You will clean rooms, stock carts, and ensure storage areas meet policy while coordinating with the front desk for issues and guest requests.

Qualifications

• Understand instructions, policies, and guidelines and the ability to engage in effective communication with the manager and staff.
• Understand and follow guidelines, adhere to time objectives, productivity measurements and similar company standards and expectations.
• Apply good judgment at all times.

Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned guest rooms in accordance with company guidelines and procedures.
• Maintains housekeeping carts, cart rooms and laundry areas to company standards.
• Reports maintenance issues to the front desk and/or manager on duty.
• Reports remaining guest property in a check-out room to the front desk and manager on duty.
• Assists with guest requests when possible and practical.
• Completes all required Extended Stay University training.
