Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to clean guest rooms in line with company standards. You will maintain carts and laundry areas, report issues to the front desk, and assist guests with requests when feasible. Training through Extended Stay University is required.

Strong attention to detail and reliability are essential as you support a clean, welcoming hotel environment for our guests across shifts.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training necessary.
• Ability to follow company guidelines and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned guest rooms per standards.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, cart rooms and laundry areas.
• Stock carts and cart rooms as directed.
• Report maintenance issues to front desk/manager on duty.
• Report any guest property left in rooms to desk/manager.
• Assist guests and accommodate requests when possible.
• Follow safety and security policies; complete required trainings.
• Participate in Extended Stay University training.
