Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Housekeeper to clean guest rooms in accordance with company guidelines and procedures. You will maintain carts and laundry areas, stock supplies, and report any maintenance issues to the front desk or manager on duty.

You will also assist with guest requests, ensure safety policies are followed, and participate in Extended Stay University training as required. This role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and guest satisfaction in a busy hotel environment.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training necessary.

Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned guest rooms per company standards, policies and procedures.
• Maintains housekeeping carts, cart rooms and laundry areas to standard while in use.
• Stocks carts and cart rooms as needed or directed by management.
• Reports maintenance issues to the front desk/manager on duty.
• Returns any remaining guest property in a check-out room to the front desk/manager on duty.
• Assists guests and provides reasonable accommodations when possible and practical.
