Responsibilities

• Promote a 100% commitment to providing the best possible experience for guests and associates.
• Cleans assigned guest rooms with adherence to company standards, policies and procedures.
• Maintains housekeeping carts, cart rooms and laundry areas to company standards.
• Stocks carts and cart rooms as needed and directed by management.
• Reports maintenance issues to the front desk/manager on duty.
• Reports remaining guest property in checkout rooms to the front desk/manager on duty.
• Assists guests and accommodations as feasible and practical.
