Town Pump Company seeks a motivated Hotel Housekeeper to support guest comfort and brand standards. You will clean guest rooms and public areas, stock and prepare cleaning supplies, and follow grooming guidelines with a courteous, professional approach.

Responsibilities include securing master keys, reporting room status, and performing duties in other areas as needed, maintaining confidentiality and a strong work ethic in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of general housekeeping and recordkeeping.
• Ability to comprehend oral and written instructions, correspondence, and memos.
• Commitment to brand and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms and common areas to Town Pump/Brand standards within set timeframes.
• Prepare housekeeping cart, restock supplies, and maintain a clean work area.
• Follow grooming guidelines, wear uniform and name tag, and project a professional image.
• Use and secure master room keys; report room condition to head housekeeper/front desk.
• Perform duties in other departments as needed (e.g., folding laundry, lobby cleaning).
• Maintain confidentiality and communicate courteously with teammates, management, and guests.
