Town Pump Hotel Group is seeking a motivated Hotel Housekeeper to uphold our mission of Genuine Hospitality, delivering comfort and service to guests. Responsibilities include cleaning guest rooms and common areas to brand standards within specified timeframes and maintaining equipment and supplies.

You will follow grooming guidelines, use keys securely, report status to supervisors, and assist in other areas as needed while upholding confidentiality and professional communication with guests

Qualifications

• Knowledge of general housekeeping and recordkeeping.
• Ability to comprehend oral and written instructions, correspondence, and memos.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties to ensure guest rooms and common areas are cleaned to Town Pump brand and time standards.
• Prepare housekeeping cart upon arrival and at shift closing, follow grooming and appearance guidelines, wear uniform and name tag.
• Use and update the room assignment clipboard, sign-out and sign-in master keys and keep them secure.
• Report room condition and status to head housekeeper/front desk; conduct self-inspections to ensure standards are met; assist in other departments as needed (e.g., folding laundry, lobby cleaning).
• Maintain a strong work ethic, integrity in job performance, and confidentiality of guest and company information; communicate professionally with teammates, management, and guests.
• Adhere to general housekeeping practices and recordkeeping requirements.

The Town Pump Hotel Group is looking for a motivated and outgoing Hotel Housekeeper who will model our mission statement “Genuine Hospitality from genuine people committed to providing comfort and service.” Town Pump is a growing company, with ever increasing opportunities for career growth.

As a Hotel Housekeeper, You Will

• perform duties to ensure guest rooms and common areas are cleaned, ensure the best possible experience for each guest, to Town Pump and brand operational standards within specified time frames per guest type.
• complete all required company and brand-specific training and/or certifications in a timely manner, prepare housekeeping cart upon arrival and at shift closing daily, always follow Town Pump’s grooming and appearance guidelines, and wear uniform and name tag while on shift.
• use and update the room assignment clipboard, sign-out, and sign-in master room keys daily. Ensure master keys are always secure (attached to self) and never loaned to anyone or taken off the property.
• report room condition and status to head housekeeper and/or front desk, clean guest rooms to Town Pump/Brand and time standards, perform self-inspections of assigned rooms and areas to ensure standards are met, be required to perform duties in other departments, as needed such as folding laundry, cleaning the lobby, etc.
• maintain a strong work ethic, display a high degree of pride and integrity in job performance, comply with Town Pump expectations for confidentiality of guest and company information, communicate in a courteous, professional manner with teammates, management, and guests.
• have knowledge of general housekeeping and recordkeeping, ability to comprehend oral and written instructions, correspondence, and memos.
