Town Pump Hotel Group is seeking a motivated Hotel Housekeeper to help provide Genuine Hospitality by maintaining clean guest rooms and public areas. You will follow brand standards and safety procedures while delivering a comfortable experience for guests.

The role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team in a guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of general housekeeping and recordkeeping.
• Ability to comprehend oral and written instructions.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and be physically mobile.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms and common areas to Town Pump/Brand standards within time frames.
• Prepare housekeeping cart and follow grooming and uniform guidelines.
• Sign-out/in master keys securely and report room status to supervisors.
• Assist in other departments as needed, such as folding laundry or lobby cleaning.
• Maintain confidentiality and communicate professionally with guests and teammates.
