Concord Hospitality is hiring full-time Housekeepers to join our East Rutherford location and support our guest experience at Residence Inn East Rutherford (Meadowlands).

You will clean and service guest rooms, maintain organized linen carts, and promptly report safety or maintenance issues while delivering friendly guest service in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Experience cleaning and servicing guest rooms to hotel standards.
• Maintain an organized linen cart and keep it well-stocked.
• Report maintenance or safety issues promptly to supervisors.

Responsabilités

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner, following procedures and hotel standards.
• Keep an organized linen cart that is neat, well stocked, and organized.
• Report any areas in guest rooms needing attention (fixtures, door locks, TVs, HVAC, etc.).
• Maintain security of equipment, keys, and supplies issued to you.
• Report lost and found items to your supervisor.
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner.
