Job summary

Concord Hospitality in Flemington, NJ is seeking a Houseperson to support the Housekeeping Department in maintaining our hotel’s public spaces and guest areas. This on-site role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and a guest-focused approach.

You will make rounds, assist with heavy lifting, report maintenance needs, and provide attentive service to guests while upholding safety, sanitation, and quality standards across shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and move supplies.
• Flexible to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Commitment to safety, sanitation, and guest service standards.
• Experience with Marriott brand is a plus.

We are hiring a Houseperson to assist in our Housekeeping Department! As a Houseperson at Concord Hospitality, you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and order of our hotel’s public spaces while supporting the housekeeping team with essential tasks.
