Pathfinder Hospitality in Austin, TX is seeking a dedicated Hotel Housekeeper to maintain spotless guest rooms and public areas, upholding the highest cleanliness standards and guest comfort.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize assigned guest rooms thoroughly, adhering to hygiene standards.
• Replenish linens, towels, toiletries, and amenities.
• Remove waste and maintain cleanliness in guest rooms and public areas.
• Prepare rooms for new arrivals with attention to detail.
• Report maintenance issues promptly to the appropriate department.
• Handle laundry tasks as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping equipment and supplies.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and guest standards.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects comfortably.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills to prioritize tasks and work efficiently.
• Teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and other departments.
• Positive and service-oriented attitude with a willingness to help guests and meet their needs.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize assigned guest rooms thoroughly, adhering to hygiene and quality standards.
• Replenish linens, towels, toiletries, and amenities, ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction.
• Remove and dispose of waste properly, maintaining cleanliness and order in guest rooms and public areas.
• Prepare rooms for new arrivals, following standard procedures and attention to detail.
• Report any maintenance issues or guest concerns promptly to the appropriate department.
• Handle laundry tasks as needed, including sorting, washing, and folding linens and towels.
• Maintain housekeeping equipment and supplies in good condition, reporting any issues or needed replacements

Compensation/Pay:

$16/hr
