Qualifications

• Possess good knowledge of housekeeping/laundry SOPs
• Ability to follow instructions, directions and meet deadlines
• Ability to cleaning the minimum required rooms per shift
• Ability to scrub and scour surfaces and use cleaning tools
• Ability to manage multiple activities under time constraints
• Ability to visually inspect rooms and areas for cleanliness

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms according to SOPs
• Remove trash from rooms and surrounding areas
• Ensure hotel areas meet company standards
• Clean bathrooms, kitchens, and dining areas
• Vacuum and wash floors
• Dust and polish furnishings
• Maintain room appearance outside the door
• Restock housekeeping supplies
• Operate cleaning equipment
• Report safety violations and guest concerns
• Provide superior customer service to guests
