InTown Suites in Warner Robins, GA is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests. You will perform routine and deep cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, laundry areas, and common spaces, ensuring cleanliness standards and guest satisfaction.

The role requires following procedures, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Formación

• Experience in housekeeping in hotel or hospitality setting.
• Ability to follow instructions, directions and meet deadlines.
• Ability to clean the minimum required rooms per shift.
• Ability to lift up to 25–50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Clean guest rooms according to company standard operating procedures.
• Remove trash and debris from guest rooms and surrounding areas.
• Ensure all areas of the hotel meet company standards.
• Clean bathrooms including tub, toilet, sinks and lighting.
• Clean kitchen and dining areas including refrigerators and counters.
• Vacuum and wash floors as per procedures.
• Maintain furnishings by dusting and polishing.
• Keep room exterior appearance clean; notify supervisor about readiness.
• Restock housekeeping supplies at end of shift.
• Operate housekeeping equipment following standard procedures.
• Notify supervisor immediately of any safety or security violations or guest concerns.
• Maintain excellent customer service when interacting with guests.
