Job summary

InTown Suites in Kennesaw, GA is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests. You will perform routine and deep cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, laundry areas, and common spaces while ensuring cleanliness standards and guest service expectations are met.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of housekeeping and laundry SOPs and techniques.
• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
• Ability to clean minimum required rooms per shift.
• Capable of lifting up to 25–50 pounds and standing for shifts.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced housekeeping environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms according to standard operating procedures.
• Remove trash and debris from guest rooms and surrounding areas.
• Ensure hotel areas meet company cleanliness standards.
• Clean bathrooms including tub, toilet, sinks, and fixtures.
• Clean kitchen/dining areas and maintain floors and surfaces.
• Restock housekeeping supplies and maintain cart readiness.
• Operate housekeeping equipment per procedures.
• Report safety or security concerns to supervisor.
