Common Oaks Lodging in Raleigh, NC, is hiring Housekeepers who will clean and service guest rooms to hotel standards, maintain an organized linen cart, and report areas needing attention. This is a full-time role with a starting rate of $16 per hour at the new StudioRes Marriott property.

You will ensure guest satisfaction by responding to requests warmly and safeguarding equipment and supplies. The company offers a great culture, competitive pay and excellent benefits for full-time associates.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner, following procedures and hotel standards.
• Keeping an organized linen cart that is neat, well stocked and organized.
• Report any areas within guest rooms that need attention, such as fixtures, door locks, televisions, HVAC, etc.
• Maintaining security of your equipment, key and supplies issued to you.
• Reporting lost and found articles to your supervisor.
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner.
