Job summary

The Hilton Washington DC/Rockville Hotel & Executive Meeting Center is seeking a friendly Room Attendant to join the Housekeeping team. You will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning and resetting guest rooms to high standards and ensuring guest comfort during their stay.

Hourly rate is $18/hour. This is a full-time role with benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with employer match, disability insurance, life insurance, paid vacation, sick and holidays, hotel

Qualifications

• Must be able to move throughout the hotel to clean assigned hotel rooms daily, pushing a stocked Housekeeping cart.
• Bend and reach to dust, clean and make beds and bathroom.
• Stand and walk for varying lengths of time, often long periods.
• Talk to many different kinds of people to give information, answer questions and provide required services.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and reset hotel guest rooms to Hilton standards.
• Assist guests and respond to requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in work areas and hallways as part of the housekeeping team.

The Hilton Washington DC/Rockville Hotel & Executive Meeting Center is looking for a friendly and dependable Room Attendant (Housekeeper) to join the Housekeeping team.Room Attendants are responsible for thoroughly cleaning and resetting the hotel guest rooms. If you are friendly, prefer to be on your feet and have high cleaning standards, this may be a great opportunity for you to join our team.

Hourly rate for this position is $18/hour.

Qualifications

• Must be able to move throughout the hotel to clean assigned hotel rooms daily, pushing a stocked Housekeeping cart
• Bend and reach to dust, clean and make beds and bathroom

• Visually inspect rooms for cleanliness and guest belongings that have been left behind.
• Must be able to read numbers and use written communication skills to mark completed rooms on daily paperwork.
• Move fingers, arms and hands quickly and easily to perform cleaning duties.
