Job summary

The Hilton Washington DC/Rockville Hotel & Executive Meeting Center is seeking a friendly Room Attendant to join the Housekeeping team. You will thoroughly clean and reset guest rooms, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and guest comfort.

This full-time role offers an attractive hourly wage of $18/hour and benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with employer match, paid time off, and Hilton discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to move throughout the hotel to clean assigned hotel rooms daily, pushing a stocked Housekeeping cart.
• Bend and reach to dust, clean and make beds and bathroom.
• Stand and walk for varying lengths of time, often long periods.
• Talk to many different kinds of people to give information, answer questions and provide required services.
• Visually inspect rooms for cleanliness and guest belongings that have been left behind.
• Must be able to read numbers and use written communication skills to mark completed rooms on daily paperwork.
• Move fingers, arms and hands quickly and easily to perform cleaning duties.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and reset hotel guest rooms to high standards.
• Push and maneuver housekeeping carts to assigned rooms and corridors.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues observed during cleaning.
• Provide courteous information and assistance to guests as needed.

The Hilton Washington DC/Rockville Hotel & Executive Meeting Center is looking for a friendly and dependable Room Attendant (Housekeeper) to join the Housekeeping team. Room Attendants are responsible for thoroughly cleaning and resetting the hotel guest rooms.
