Sonesta International Hotels in Scottsdale seeks a friendly Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. You will support Room Attendants by delivering and collecting linens, transporting supplies, and assisting with laundry and public areas to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Some previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• English reading/writing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on Sonesta Service standards in interactions with guests according to the Sonesta G.U.E.S.T. standards.
• Assist Room Attendants with linens and supplies on floors.
• Deliver linens to Room Attendants and transport soiled linens to laundry.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of floor closets and corridors; remove trash, sweep/mop floors.
• Respond to guests’ requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Report needed repairs to supervisor and safety concerns.
• Promote teamwork and coordination with other shifts and management.
