Highgate Hotels L.P. seeks a House Attendant in Miami Beach to maintain cleanliness and comfort across assigned areas and guestrooms. You will deliver items to guestrooms, assist guests with express checkout and ensure swift response to requests while upholding safety and standards.

The role requires stamina for lifting and standing, effective communication, and a commitment to guest satisfaction. This is a full-time, hourly position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; hotel or related field experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Ability to stand for the full shift and communicate effectively with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Buff marble floors daily per hotel standards.
• Shampoo carpets and furniture in public areas as required.
• Attend to luggage requests in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Clean guestrooms and assist with emergency procedures as needed.
• Maintain and store hotel equipment properly.
• Complete special projects from the Housekeeping Manager.
