Hyatt Hotels Corporation in Orlando seeks Hotel Hosts to deliver exceptional guest service across the host stand, Placery Café, Guest Kitchen, e-room and meeting services. You will assist with check-in/check-out, help maintain a welcoming environment, and support shuttle duties.

Requires prior guest service experience, strong English communication, ability to multitask, and willingness to pass a DOT exam; CDL not required.

Qualifications

Customer service experience is required, preferably in a hotel or related field.
Requires strong command of the English language to include speaking, reading and writing.
Ability to learn quickly and work in fast paced position with guest interaction.
Must be able to multi-task.
Must be 18 years or older.
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum of 20 lbs).
Must possess basic computer skills, i.e. Word, Excel, etc.
Must be able to pass a DOT exam certification.
Must be able to drive a full size van (CDL not needed).

Responsabilités

Create a welcoming guest experience at the Hotel Host Stand, Placery Café, Guest Kitchen, e-room and TV den.
Assist with guest check-in and check-out and servicing of meeting rooms.
Coordinate shuttle driving and related transportation duties as required.
Maintain a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment for guests.
Support high standards of service and teamwork across hotel operations.
