Responsibilities

• Seat guests in station rotation while maintaining guest lists.
• Supervise side work and ensure station setup lists are complete.
• Handle reservation book and note special requests from guests.
• Maintain the Hostess stand clean and organized; restock CGS items as needed.
• Assist in table seating and provide coffee/juice when servers are busy.
• Greet guests according to company standards and assist with cashier tasks during peak times.
