Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Cashier or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to handle cash, cards, receipts, validations accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to balance transactions.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor.
• Remain calm in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Reliable and punctual with good attendance.
• Able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and events.
• Able to stand, sit, walk, and move throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and assist guests as they enter or exit the parking facility.
• Answer questions clearly regarding rates, payment options, directions, and property information.
• Provide helpful guidance with a friendly, courteous demeanor.
• Assist guests with special needs or concerns.
• Create a positive first and last impression through attentive service.
• Process payments accurately using the cashier system.
• Issue receipts, tickets, validations, or related documentation.
• Balance cash and card transactions according to procedures.
• Report discrepancies or guest concerns to a supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and workspace.
• Work with valet attendants and hotel staff to support guest flow.
• Communicate effectively with teammates during shifts.
• Support team during busy periods and events.
• Follow all safety and security procedures.
• Report incidents promptly.
