Towne is hiring a Hotel Guest Services Associate in Indianapolis to create memorable first impressions and assist guests throughout their stay. You will help with luggage, directions, and coordinating service across guest services and F&B operations in a hospitality-focused environment.

The role requires outstanding customer service, reliability, and the ability to work weekends/evenings. Compensation includes hourly pay with tips and benefits for full- and part-time associates.

• Create positive first and last impressions.

• Deliver exceptional experiences through service, professionalism, and hospitality.
• Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming guest areas.
• Complete required documentation and communications accurately.
