NCG Hospitality is seeking a Guest Services Representative to join our team in Wisconsin. The role focuses on welcoming guests, handling reservations, and processing payments with a commitment to exceptional service.

You’ll work with a collaborative Front Desk team across shifts, balancing flexible hours with guest needs. The position emphasizes professional communication, cash handling accuracy, and a positive, outgoing demeanor.

Responsabilités

• Uses property management system to make reservations, check-in and checkout guests, process payments, maintain cash drawer, and operate office equipment.
• Provides highest level of service by anticipating, listening attentively, and responding promptly to guests’ requests and complaints to meet and exceed guest expectations.
• Responds quickly and empathetically to guest issues with solutions.
• Demonstrates sales techniques to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Guest Services Representative

Flexible availability required Monday to Friday, Weekends, and Holidays

Open to both Morning and Evening shifts

Our Front Desk team works collaboratively across shifts, and flexibility to work both morning and evening shifts is preferred

How You’ll M[ake An Impact

• Uses property management system to make reservations, check-in and checkout guests, process payments, maintain cash drawer and operate office equipment
