Position Summary: This role involves assisting guests with check-in and check-out, handling guest concerns, and providing customer service at the Hotel Front Desk and RV Park.
Essential Job Functions include:
Required Skills and Abilities:
Education and Experience: Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED. Prior front desk or reservations and customer service experience preferred.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None
Equipment and Software Used: Multi-line phone system, computer, printer, copier, fax, calculator, Micros, Synkros, LMS.
Physical and Mental Demands: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs., walk, stand, or sit for extended periods, and handle stressful situations professionally.
Working Conditions: Climate-controlled environment, adherence to safety policies, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Additional Comments: Native American and Tribal Preference applies. Must pass background checks and drug tests. Confidentiality is required.
