Qualifications

• No prior experience or training necessary.
• Must be able to follow company standards and procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned guest rooms according to company standards.
• Maintains housekeeping carts and laundry areas.
• Stocks carts and cart rooms as directed.
• Reports maintenance issues to front desk and/or manager on duty.
• Reports any remaining guest property from check-out rooms to front desk/manager on duty.
• Assists with guest requests whenever possible.
• Follows safety and security policies and procedures.
• Completes all required Extended Stay University training.
• Assists with cleaning other hotel areas as assigned by management.
