Extended Stay America is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and support hotel operations. The role emphasizes adhering to company guidelines, providing a high-quality guest experience, and supporting safety and training requirements.

Responsibilities include cleaning rooms, stocking carts, reporting maintenance issues, and assisting with additional areas as needed by management.

Formación

• Understand instructions, policies, and guidelines and communicate effectively with the manager and staff.
• Understand and follow guidelines, meet time objectives and productivity expectations.
• Apply good judgment at all times.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrates commitment to providing the best guest experience.
• Cleans assigned guest rooms per standards and procedures.
• Maintains housekeeping carts, cart rooms and laundry areas to standard.
• Stocks carts and rooms as directed by management.
• Reports maintenance issues to front desk/manager on duty.
• Reports left guest property in checkout rooms to front desk/manager on duty.
• Assists guests and provides reasonable accommodations when possible.
• Follows safety and security policies.
• Completes Extended Stay University training.
• Assists with cleaning other areas of the hotel as needed.
• Maintains overall hotel cleanliness.
• Other duties assigned by management.
