Parking Management Company is hiring for a Lot Attendant/Lot Auditor to guide guests, process tickets, and monitor the lot. You’ll engage with customers outdoors in all weather, maintain records, and support daily parking operations.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and a professional appearance, with overtime eligibility and an at-will employment framework. Previous customer service experience is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Background check must be completed and maintained.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• No more than three moving violations in the past three years.

Responsabilités

• Issue tickets, handle payments accurately, and track money and paperwork.
• Complete shift logs, track tickets and revenue, and document parking activity.
• Label keys, record vehicle details, and maintain organized records.
• Check the lot regularly for safety and policy compliance.
• Keep the parking area and booth clean; assist with light cleaning.
• Help guests with payments and parking questions with a friendly attitude.
• Use radios to stay in contact with the team and support a positive environment.
• Arrive on time, follow policies, and maintain a professional appearance.
• Take on additional tasks to support operations and training.
