Parking Management Company is a national leader in hospitality-focused parking services, offering valet and self-parking management across hotels, resorts, healthcare, and event venues. The Lot Auditor role supports safe, efficient parking operations by directing traffic, assisting guests, monitoring the lot, and keeping the area clean and secure in all weather conditions.

The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and comfortable working outdoors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Ticketing & payments: issue tickets, handle payments accurately.
• Reporting & documentation: complete shift logs, track tickets and revenue.
• Administrative support: label keys, record vehicle details, and maintain organized records.
• Security & compliance: check the lot regularly and ensure vehicles are parked securely and according to policy.
• Lot maintenance: keep the parking area and booth clean and presentable.
• Customer service: help guests with payments and parking questions with a friendly attitude.
• Teamwork & communication: use radios and stay in contact with the team.
• Professionalism & attendance: arrive on time and follow company policies.
• Additional duties: attend training and adapt to scheduling needs.
