Job summary

LBA Hospitality is seeking a Breakfast Hostperson to deliver prompt, courteous service and maintain a guest-ready dining area. The role supports hotel guests with food and beverage service and ensures cleanliness and readiness of the outlet.

Qualifying candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, with preferred food handling certification and prior food & beverage experience. Able to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays in a hotel setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred
• Food Handling certification preferred
• Prior experience in a food and beverage position is preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare and consistently maintain dining area and supplies in a guest ready atmosphere.
• Close out shift by cleaning and restocking supplies for next day or shift.
• Maintain safety and security practices, have thorough knowledge of emergency procedures.
• Ensure guests are provided with the highest quality product and service.
• Ensure brand standard documentation is completed as required.
• Other duties as assigned, that the associate is capable of performing.
