Qualifications

• Must maintain licensure as required by Louisiana gaming/regulatory entities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of hotel features, rates, hours, and operations.
• Check-in guests per established hotel requirements and process reservations.
• Handle cash transactions and balance bank as required.
• Assist with reservations and provide Concierge service when available.
• Document guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Generate daily and weekly reports.
