Job summary

HRI Hospitality in Shreveport, LA is seeking a friendly Guest Services Agent to welcome guests, register arrivals, and assist with check-out while delivering warm, efficient service at a busy front desk.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling payments and reservations, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness, responding promptly to inquiries, and maintaining a clean, professional lobby. Weekend and holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with hotel PMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and check guests in/out efficiently and courteously.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Handle payments, room assignments, and reservation changes accurately.
• Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure timely room readiness and service needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
