The DoubleTree by Hilton Miami Airport Convention Center is seeking an experienced Groundskeeper to join our on-site team. You will maintain the exterior grounds surrounding the hotel and convention center to ensure a clean, welcoming environment for guests and staff.

Responsibilities include trash disposal, lawn and landscaping upkeep, exterior cleaning, and collaboration with Engineering, Housekeeping, Security, and other departments to uphold Hilton standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, janitorial, or general maintenance preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in South Florida's heat and humidity.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Maintain the exterior presentation of the hotel and convention center to support Hilton brand standards and property cleanliness expectations.
• Conduct routine property walks to identify litter, debris, or hazards and remove them.
• Collect and dispose of trash from exterior receptacles, entrances, and parking areas.
• Keep entrances, sidewalks, and exterior spaces clean and presentable.
• Assist with landscaping duties such as weeding, sweeping, and raking as needed.
• Perform sweeping, blowing, and cleanup of exterior surfaces.
• Monitor outdoor areas for debris or safety hazards and report them.
