Job summary

The DoubleTree by Hilton Miami Airport Convention Center is seeking an experienced House Person to join our on-site housekeeping team. This hourly role reports to the Housekeeping Supervisors & Manager and pays $15.00 per hour.

You will maintain cleanliness of guest corridors and public areas, assist with delivering items to guest rooms, and support the housekeeping team to ensure guest satisfaction. Hours are 100% on-site with shifts requiring attention to detail, reliability, and a friendly

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively verbally and in writing with guests and team members.
• Must multitask and prioritize housekeeping tasks to meet deadlines.
• Maintain a friendly, courteous, service-oriented demeanor at all times.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of guest corridors, elevators and assigned areas.
• Deliver items to guest rooms (luggage, irons, coffee, etc.).
• Walk floors, remove trash and linens, and report areas needing cleaning.
• Follow safety procedures and hotel standards for Lost and Found items.
• Turn in keys and assignment sheets to Housekeeping Office at shift end.
• Report maintenance issues to Housekeeping Supervisors/Manager.
