DoubleTree by Hilton Miami Airport Convention Center is seeking an experienced Reservations Manager to lead group block management, client coordination, and cross-department collaboration on-site.

You will oversee group reservations, rate plans, and communications with meeting planners, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced hotel and convention environment. This exempt role reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Competenze

• High level of organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced hotel setting.
• Experience in group reservations and rate plan management.
• Strong communication with clients and cross-functional teams.

Mansioni

• Manage group reservations and room blocks across the PMS and reservation systems.
• Coordinate with Sales, Revenue and Accounting to execute client requirements.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, resumes and sales documents as assigned.
• Ensure timely communication of group details to departments and clients.
• Monitor group pickup, room blocks and rooming lists for accuracy.
