Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Hotel General Manager.
• Experience leading a full-service hotel with rooms, F&B, and events.
• Strong financial, guest satisfaction, and leadership track record.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for hotel operations, financial performance, and guest experience.
• Develop the annual business plan, budgets, and operating strategies.
