Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a General Manager for the Washington Dulles Marriott Suites in Herndon, VA. You will lead all aspects of hotel performance, drive guest satisfaction, and partner with ownership to maximize asset value.

This role requires a visible, hands-on leader with a strong financial acumen, the ability to manage a complex operation, and a proven track record in full-service hotel environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a GM in a full-service hotel.
• Proven track record of driving revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Deep understanding of hotel financial statements, budgeting, and cost controls.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience partnering with ownership, asset management, and brand leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for hotel operations and financial performance.
• Develop and execute the hotel's annual business plan, budgets, forecasts, and operating strategies.
• Analyze performance and implement strategies to grow revenue, profitability, and market share.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Sales, Revenue Management, F&B, and Engineering.
• Maintain strong relationships with ownership and Crescent leadership.
