Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of GM experience in a full-service hotel.
• Proven track record in driving revenue and profitability.
• Strong leadership and guest-service focus.
• Deep understanding of hotel financials, budgeting, and cost controls.
• Experience partnering with ownership, brands, and management companies.
• Knowledge of Northern Virginia / Dulles market preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for hotel operations and performance.
• Develop and execute annual business plan, budgets, forecasts.
• Analyze performance and implement strategies to grow revenue and asset value.
• Maintain relationships with ownership, Crescent leadership, and Marriott.
• Partner with Sales, Revenue Management, Marketing, and F&B to maximize performance.
• Ensure guest experience and operational excellence across all departments.
• Recruit and develop a high-performing leadership team.
• Foster a culture of hospitality and accountability.
