Job summary

McKibbon is seeking a General Manager for a Savannah-area property at 11309 Abercorn Street to oversee all hotel operations, ensure financial and guest satisfaction goals, and embody McKibbon’s Guiding Principles.

The GM will lead a large team, manage budgets, optimize revenue, maintain compliance, and coordinate with corporate teams to deliver exceptional service and community engagement.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ minimum experience as a hotel general manager
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Experience with major hotel brands like Marriott, Hilton, or Hyatt (highly desired)
• The skills and experience to lead a team to consistently deliver exceptional guest service.
• Knowledge of local and state compliance laws
• Ability to develop leadership qualities in staff

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and manage a large team of associates to deliver high levels of service and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations and ensure guest and associate satisfaction is a priority.
• Manage budgets, labor, and revenue generation to maximize profitability.
• Monitor and improve service quality and brand standards across operations.
• Lead emergencies and coordinate with corporate teams for initiatives and reporting
