You will own operations, budgeting, and strategic initiatives, collaborating with Sales, Revenue, and Ownership to maintain brand standards and drive profitability in a competitive New England market.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of hotel leadership experience in high-volume markets.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead all hotel operations, including F&B, front office, and engineering.
• Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial objectives.
• Drive revenue management, pricing strategies, and market share growth.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performance team.
• Monitor guest feedback and maintain brand standards.
• Collaborate with Sales and Revenue to maximize group and corporate business.
