Qualifications

• Minimum one year GM experience in a hotel or two years in hotel management.
• Experience with budget forecasting, P&L management and guest satisfaction initiatives.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate a team.

• Oversee labor standards, rate plans and expense tracking.
