Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive hotel leadership experience; Hilton experience preferred.
• Strong operational, financial, sales, and team leadership skills.
• Hands-on leadership style with a passion for hospitality and associate development.
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work a flexible schedule.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
