Job summary

Hilton Parsippany is seeking a General Manager to oversee the full operation of the hotel and its outlets, including food & beverage, sales, engineering, HR and accounting. The GM will lead the Executive Committee to achieve property goals and drive revenue and profitability.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field and a minimum of 3 years' experience in Rooms and/or F&B, with strong communication and leadership skills. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Rooms and/or Food & Beverage.
• Strong business communication skills, verbal and written.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full operation of the hotel and all outlets.
• Lead hotel revenues and profits using forecasting and P&L management.
• Ensure compliance and maintain high product quality for bookings and events.
• Coach and develop leaders to meet performance goals.
• Coordinate guest programs and initiatives to improve service.
• Work with executives to achieve property goals.
