Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking an accomplished General Manager in our Northern Virginia market to lead operations, financial performance, and guest experience at a full-service hotel. You will set the vision, drive accountability, and partner with ownership and Crescent leadership to deliver outstanding results.

Expected to maintain Marriott standards, build strong teams, and maximize revenue across rooms, F&B, and meetings while engaging with guests and associates daily.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Hotel General Manager in a full-service hotel environment.
• Proven track record in managing rooms, F&B, group and meetings operations.
• Strong financial performance delivery and guest satisfaction.
• Deep understanding of hotel financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, revenue strategy, labor, and costs.
• Experience partnering with ownership, brand leadership, and asset management.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for hotel operations, financial performance, guest experience, and associate engagement.
• Develop and execute the annual business plan, budget, forecasts, and operating strategies.
• Analyze performance and implement strategies to drive revenue, market share, and asset value.
• Lead collaboration with Sales, Revenue Management, Marketing, and F&B leadership to maximize performance.
• Maintain Marriott brand standards and Crescent expectations for quality, service, and operations.
