The role requires visibility across ownership, brand leadership, and management company executives, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and strong market performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Hotel General Manager in a full-service environment.
• Strong track record delivering financial performance, guest satisfaction, and Associate engagement.
• Deep understanding of hotel financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, revenue strategy, labor management, and cost controls.
• Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain high-performing leadership teams.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for hotel operations, financial performance, guest experience, and associate engagement.
• Develop and execute the hotel’s annual business plan, budget, forecasts, and operating strategies.
• Drive revenue, profitability, market share, and long-term asset value through strategic initiatives.
• Partner with ownership and Crescent leadership to ensure brand standards and operational excellence.
• Lead and develop the executive team and foster a culture of hospitality and accountability.
