Crescent Hotels & Resorts seeks a General Manager for the DoubleTree by Hilton Newark Airport to lead a full‑service hotel. You will drive performance across rooms, F&B, sales, and finance, building a strong leadership team focused on accountability, guest service, and results.

You’ll leverage market data and hotel metrics to identify opportunities, partner with commercial leaders, and maintain brand and regulatory standards while creating an engaging associate culture.

Formación

• 3–5+ years of General Manager experience in a full‑service hotel environment.
• Experience leading hotel operations with significant F&B oversight.
• Strong financial, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for all hotel aspects (rooms, F&B, sales, revenue, finance, People & Culture).
• Build and inspire a high‑performing leadership team with a culture of engagement and accountability.
• Drive performance balancing guest satisfaction, revenue growth, and asset stewardship.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, P&L, labor management, and cost controls.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Management, and other leaders to maximize market share and profitability.
• Maintain visible leadership across the property and ensure service delivery and guest experience meet standards.
• Recruit, coach, and retain department leaders with clear performance expectations.
