Job summary

Geronimo Hospitality Group seeks a General Manager for The Delafield Hotel in Wisconsin. You will lead revenue management, cost control, guest satisfaction and a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You’ll manage budgets, hire and develop associates, and ensure asset integrity through preventive maintenance while collaborating with other tenants to create Geronimo Moments. This full-time role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or Business

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration or equivalent of education and work experience.
• Experience and/or Training: Minimum 5 years hotel experience with minimum of 2 years as a rooms department head or general manager.
• Technology/Equipment: Computer skills including Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Drive organizational excellence in operations and customer service.
• Oversee performance measurements to ensure budget compliance and competitive positioning.
• Produce monthly financial reports for senior management.
• Create the hotel’s annual budget and monitor performance throughout the year.
• Hire, develop and train associates to ensure guest satisfaction and company culture.
• Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the hotel and its assets through preventive maintenance programs.
• Willingness to collaborate with other tenants to enhance guest experience.
