Job summary

Ignite Hotels in Bellevue, WA is seeking a General Manager to lead hotel operations and drive exceptional guest experiences, financial results, and high standards. You will supervise the management team, support staff development, and represent the property in the community.

The role requires 3–5 years of hotel leadership, budget and KPI oversight, and a bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field. On-site position with potential evening/weekend hours.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hotel leadership experience (GM or Asst GM preferred).
• Experience managing budgets, P&L, and operational KPIs.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead hotel operations to achieve guest satisfaction, revenue, and cost-control goals.
• Prepare and manage the annual operating budget; monitor P&L performance and KPIs.
• Oversee expense control and departmental performance management.
• Develop and submit quarterly operating plans with measurable action items.
• Maintain brand, product, and service standards across all departments.
• Conduct weekly leadership and staff meetings; set expectations and follow-through.
• Coach department leaders on procedures, service standards, goal setting, and daily operations.
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and grounds for cleanliness and appearance.
• Directly supervise department leaders and manage hiring/discipline per policy.
• Assist with transportation needs when applicable.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support hotel operations.
