Qualifications
- Five or more years of progressive hotel experience.
- Proven ability to lead multi-department hospitality operations.
- Strong financial management, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
- Experience overseeing food and beverage and spa operations preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgets, forecasts and business plans.
- Monitor revenue, labor, and expenses against budget.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing hotel team.
- Drive guest satisfaction and service excellence.
- Collaborate across departments on operations and projects.
- Represent the hotel in the community and with partners.
